Bürs
Starting Point for Discovery Tours
The village of Bürs is the gateway to Brandnertal. The Bürser Gorge is a glacially carved gorge, shaped by centuries of water and ice movement. At the entrance of the gorge there is a climbing garden where you can find your perfect route up the rock. Shopping enthusiasts will find a wide range of shops in the shopping centres Zimba Park and Lünerseepark.
Bürs itself has a lot to offer in winter too: Centrally located, it is an ideal starting point for varied skiing days in the surrounding five valleys.

In summertime, Bürs is the perfect starting point for a trip to the Bürser gorge. Here, ice and water have shaped the landscape and carved out a great place to discover.
For climbing enthusiasts, the Bürser gorge with the well-known Bürserplatte is worth a visit. Climbing routes of all grades of difficulty help you refine your climbing technique.

Winter in Bürs
The central location of Bürs is ideal for winter activities. Located directly at the entrance to the Brandnertal you can take the free ski bus up to the Brandnertal ski area.
