Welcome to the '12er Huus' - your holiday apartment amidst the breathtaking Alps of the Rätikon! This idyllic accommodation offers not only a prime location but also numerous amenities for an unforgettable stay.

The '12er Huus' is our family home, which was renovated to a high standard and sustainably from 2022 to 2024.
As we care deeply about nature, regional wood was used during the renovation, and the old building substance was preserved as much as possible. We source our eco-electricity from our own photovoltaic system. If you arrive by car, two charging stations and four parking spaces are available for you. We have also thought of your sports equipment and offer a lockable bike and ski depot. Our terrace garden will be available for communal use by all guests starting in the summer season of 2025 and features a relaxing panorama sauna as well as a fire pit.

The house name '12er Huus' is derived from the house number '12' and also from the alpine challenging 12er head, which dominates the mountain backdrop on the opposite side of the valley.
From the perspective of the '12er Huus', the silhouette of the mountain resembles an old man sitting, which is why the mountain was simply called 'Grandpa' in our childhood. At sunset, 'dr Zwölfr' - as the mountain is referred to in dialect - often glows in a wonderful evening red.

The '12er Huus' is located in a prime position, just a few minutes' walk from various amenities. The bus stop, ski lift, and grocery store are easily reachable on foot.
But the best part is undoubtedly the romantic babbling of the brook, the wonderful view into the valley, and the spectacular mountain scenery that you can enjoy from your accommodation.
