Our apartment is located in a sustainable residential complex with 8 holiday flats and has something to offer for everyone. The proximity to the Sonnenkopf (opposite) is particularly noteworthy. Those who prefer to go skiing in the world-famous Arlberg ski area can use the bus next to the house and after a 10-minute journey to Stuben take the Albona cable car. There is also a cross-country ski trail next to the house. The idyllic and quiet location in Wald am Arlberg is ideal for romantic walks. The flat is very quiet. The high ceiling in the living room creates a pleasant atmosphere. There is a ski room for storing your skis. There is also a carport with an electric charging station for your car. The kitchen is very well equipped. A Nespresso capsule machine is available. Coffee and tea are included in the price. The furnishings are high quality with a leather couch (Cassina Maralunga) and a sofa bed.
