Welcome to Landhaus Luzia!
Our house has two renovated apartments for 2 / 4 people, which are connected via an anteroom. The non-smoking-house is located on the sunny side of Wald am Arlberg - quiet yet central. If you have any questions or recommendations during your stay, we are happy to help you at any time - our family is in the same house (separate entrance).
We do not allow pets in our two renovated apartments.

Our newly renovated 24m² studio has a bathroom with shower/ WC, boxspring double bed and cupboard/drawers, dining area, Sat-TV and of course a small kitchen with refrigerator and ffreezing compartment, stove, oven, plates, pots, toaster, coffee machine etc.
Towels, sheets and dish clothes you will get from us; also dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags etc. for the start. A ski/ shoe and garbage room is there as well. Parking and WLan as well as the cleaning fee at the end are included in the room rate.
In summer you can use the terrasse out front, garden and playground, in winter we have tobbogans/ sledge. Please ask for baby equippment if you need it.Our newly renovated 40m² appartemet has a bathroom with shower/ WC, seperate bed room with double bed and big cupboard, renovated dining area, living room with boxspring pullout couch and Sat-TV and a kitchen with refrigerator and freezer compartement, stove, oven, plates, pots, coffee machine, toaster and DISHWASHER! This way you get to go on the mountain even more relaxed and quicker, too! Towels, dish clothes and sheets you will get from us; also dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags etc. for the start. A ski/ shoe and garbage room is there as well. Parking and WLan as well as the cleaning at the end are INCLUDED in the room rate.

Show detailsThe small and big appartement are connected and there are no other appartements in the house. Families with 3 or more children or friends or grandparents who come along like to book our 2-appartment-option. You will soon experience the advantage of having two bathrooms.
