BANNED until 15 June 2024 due to the protection concept for capercaillie (the ban applies annually).

The start of this tour is at the Frööd restaurant on the Burtschasattel. The starting point can be easily reached with the village and panorama railway from Brand. From there, the path leads towards Faregg. Now follow the panoramic path and after approx. 200 metres turn right across a meadow. Above the Faregglift valley station, the path leads back to the forest road. Follow the path eastwards around the Loischkopf. Here you have the Here you have the opportunity to make a detour to the summit. Otherwise straight ahead at the junction via the forest road and continue direction Klampera Alpe or Burtschasattel.

Equipment

Sturdy shoes, warm clothing, rain and sun protection and walking sticks are recommended. Cell phone in case of emergency.
