Tour description

Short, signposted beginner's ski tour from the Tschengla up to the Burtschasattel.
Description

The start of this tour is at the Tschengla hiking parking lot (P3) on Bürserberg. The signposted ski tour route no. 1 "Burtscha Tour" leads along the winter hiking trail to the valley station of the Loischkopfbahn cable car, then on to the Fuchsbau ski hut. Below the ski hut, follow the signs towards the Burtscha Alpe and from there via the ascent track up to the Burtschasattel. After a stop at the Frööd restaurant, the descent is via piste no. 26 to the valley station of the Loischkopf cable car. From here continue via ski route no. 17 (winter hiking trail) to the starting point at the Tschengla hikers' parking lot.

Please note for skiing down the slopes: The ski slopes are closed daily from 17:00-08:00! Skiing on the closed slopes during this time is prohibited without exception.

There is a risk of injury from piste grooming, ruts, winch cables, exposed cables and hoses from the snowmaking equipment. Skiing on the closed slopes is prohibited without exception.
