After tasty appetisers, you will get to know and prepare special cuts from the farm's own Angus beef. Various BBQ techniques are on the programme. A tour of the farm offers insights into the farming methods. The evening ends with an enjoyment of nature, accompanied by wine and the farm's own spirits.
