Whoever chooses the eastern route from Ludesch for the journey into the biosphere park Großes Walsertal first meets the small community Raggal and its district Marul. There the Maruler Biosennerei still produces the well-known organic mountain cheese "Walserstolz" in the traditional way. In addition to the good connection to the ski resorts Damüls-Faschina and Sonntag-Stein, there is the Raggal ski lift right in town, which is very popular with families and beginners. In summer Raggal is an ideal starting point for sporty mountain tours, leisurely hikes and mountain bike tours. The forest nature trail in Marul promises adventure for the whole family and at the same time playful learning about nature.
