The two chalets Urban and Frederik form the Alpine chalet HEMAT in their entirety. It stands in the middle of the Großes Wasertal alpine region at 1243 m above sea level at the foot of Alpe Türtsch. The unique view over the entire valley makes it an unforgettable holiday home. Both chalets have a large sun terrace. In the Hemat, guests cater for themselves. Regional food can be bought from the farm in the neighborhood or in the small shop in Fontanella. On the valley side of the house is our lovingly landscaped garden, from which seasonal vegetables and herbs can be harvested.
The two chalets can be connected via a connecting door in the stairwell. It is possible to rent the house for Yopga, various retreats, meditations, seminars and workshops. There is space for 10 people.

Arrive on the sun terrace with a view of the valley. The metropolis and tradition combine in Chalet Urban. The chalet welcomes you with a cloakroom to take off. In the spacious living-dining room with a romantic wood-burning stove, everyday life is quickly a thing of the past. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking enthusiasts. Bathroom and toilet are separate. The bathroom offers a barrier-free rain shower, a spacious vanity with a hairdryer and hand soap. A tilt window ensures fresh air. The toilet with a hand basin is accessible via the hallway like all other rooms. A tilt window also provides fresh air here. All windows in the chalet are equipped with insect screens to keep annoying visitors away. You will find peace and quiet in the lovingly furnished bedrooms with double beds. In the outdoor area there is a fireplace at the southernmost point of the property and next to the terrace there is a vegetable garden from which you can harvest.
