Moments of pleasure at the top - sustainable and regional
In the Bioshärenpark ‘Genuss-Spechte’ project, we have created the basis for close co-operation between the people, agriculture, alpine dairies and gastronomy of the Grosses Walsertal. Our kitchen team, led by Fabio Sperger, uses natural and high-quality products to prepare the dishes. We spoil you with fresh rainbow trout, char & salmon trout from our own fish ponds, venison & deer from the local hunting grounds, mountain cheese & butter from the Alps of the biosphere park. We are happy to serve home-gathered wild mushrooms, blueberries, chives, mountain herb tea as well as homemade jams, apple sauce, dried apple slices, apple juice and much more.
