Carefree Booking Cancellation Policy for Summer 2021
For the current summer season (until the end of October 2021) you will benefit from free cancellation under the following conditions:

Free cancellation up to 7 days for arrival - until 31.10.2021
Your accommodation will grant you free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, without giving any reason. Cancellation within the 7 days prior to arrival or no/late arrival will be subject to 90% cancellation fee.

Free cancellation in case of travel warning - until 31.10.21
If there is a travel warning from your home area for the destination for the booking period, your accommodation will grant you a free cancellation up to 24 h before arrival.

Free Covid-19 cancellation insurance - until 31.08.21
The insurance provides full compensation for cancellations BEFORE departure. It applies in the event of a Covid-19 illness or an officially ordered quarantine on you or your family members in the same household.

in the middle of the Grosses Walsertal Biosphere Reserve.

We heat our house ecologically with sun and wood from our own forest.
One of our greatest treasures is our healthy drinking tapwater from the "Engelquelle" in Marul.
We make the beds for you, please take your slippers, towels and toilet paper with you.

In Sommer a beautiful place to relax or to make hikes in the Mountains.
From the house you can experience nature and enjoy the charm of winter in a magnificent mountain landscape; with extensive winter hikes, cross-country skiing, and much more.
Snowshoes for our guests free of charge.
Ski rental in Marul at reduced prices.

Skiers of all kinds, snowboarders, tourers, hikers and those looking for peace and quiet are at the right place with us! Smokers and party tigers should better look for something different...
We attach great importance to the fact that both indoors and outdoors, there is NO SMOKING.

Your have your own bathroom (shower/WC) and a kitchenette. (Well equipped with crockery, coffee machine, electric kettle, small oven and fridge).

A holiday with us should be healthy and relaxing! Therefore our whole house is a non-smoker house and there will be night rest starting from 22 o'clock.
