In the Bludenz district, you can look forward to a total of around 1,000 kilometers of pistes. From the alpine town, the various valleys, each with their own ski areas of varying difficulty, follow a star-shaped route. Brandnertal with the pistes on Loischkopf, Niggenkopf and the Palüd area is in the immediate vicinity. Both experienced winter sports enthusiasts and families will find ideal conditions for a successful day's skiing here. In Klostertal, at the foot of the Arlberg, lies the Sonnenkopf natural snow area. Challenging deep-snow slopes and great carving pistes await you there. Austria's largest interconnected ski area "Ski Arlberg" begins not far away and can be easily reached by public transport. In Montafon , you have the choice between the top ski areas of Golm, Silvretta Montafon and Gargellen. In contrast, the ski areas in the Großes Walsertal, which include Faschina, Sonntag-Stein and Raggal, are small, fine and well laid out.
