Alpine Dairy Store Thüringerberg

What does that mean? Our local milk suppliers do not use artificial fertilisers. The cows are fed on grass, cereals and hay from the surrounding area.
 
So where does the milk come from? It comes from the neighbouring villages of Blons, St. Gerold, Sonntag, Raggal, Fontanella, Faschina and directly from our village, Thüringerberg.

The mountain cheese and the raw milk butter are produced in the dairy at Thüringerberg. Thanks to the valuable cooperation with Sepp Krönauer, our long-standing tenant, the Käserebellen are able to produce numerous other products with our milk on the Sulzberg, which are sold in various regions of Vorarlberg.
